Yue Li is a Director (South Asia) of Asia-Africa Development Research Institute of DRC of the State Council, People's Republic of China. He graduated from China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations in 2008 with Ph.D in International relations. He is focusing on the study of international political and economic relations of Southasia, non-traditional security issues, and international security cooperation regimes.
