Background
Dr. Anjali Sharma has completed her Ph.d from CCS University, Meerut on the topic "India's Role in SAARC (with special reference to Pakistan and Bangladesh). She did her post-graduation in Political Science in Ist division from Jamia Milia Islamia. She finished her graduation from I.P. College for Women,Delhi University. She also did two-year diploma in Software Engineering from NIIT. After clearing National Eligibility Test for Lecturership (UGC-NET), she taught for four years as a Lecturer in Political Science in Mewar College, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. She has presented papers on 'Environment' and 'Terrorism' in National Seminars.

Presently
She is working on "Preparing Country Report on Srilanka, Maldives and Nepal" apart from looking at the activities taking place in SAARC.
