July 3, 2012.China Ming Yang Wind Power Group Ltd., China's third-largest wind-turbine manufacturer, formed a joint venture (JV) with India's Reliance Group to develop 2.5 GW of wind farms in South Asia. Ming Yang will provide engineering, procurement and construction and Reliance will have a supporting role in developing wind projects, the Zhongshan, China-based company said.
